The Raving Software philosophy is made up of 8 components: quality service, operation excellence, innovation, plus one ethic, security, enjoy our work, community, and being mentors.

Raving Software is proud to have a client-focused culture where we center our efforts on building superior client relationships. Our determination to build our “Raving Clients” drives everything we do and how we do it. We have an eight-component philosophy that forms the relationships between our staff, our community, and our clients.

Raving Software doesn’t exist in a bubble. We are proud members of the Annapolis metropolitan area. From joining the Pasadena Business Association and U.S. Small Business Administration to donating 10% of our net profits for STEM scholarships, Raving Software actively reaches out to increase awareness and passion for web and software development within the community.

7. MENTOR

Mentor is one of the 8 components of Raving Software's philosophy.
“We take an active role to mentor and develop our Raving Software team to create high caliber leaders and technicians.”

We find talented programmers, designers, marketers, and managers and help them grow. Learning from each other fosters a collaborative environment where our team can excel in areas relating to their individual roles and beyond.

Quality Service is one of the 8 components of Raving Software's philosophy.

We want our clients to rave about our products so our work method proves that we are worth the investment. Our clients should be happy, and not merely “satisfied,” with the service they receive. There is ongoing communication between our team and clients throughout the production process so any problems are resolved quickly and correctly.
